About
Cote Bleu Home was established in Whitianga on the Coromandel Peninsula in 2019 by Danielle Robinson and Jean-christophe Soriano.
Jean grew up in Toulouse, France and has a background in sales, importing and purchasing which is complimented by NZ born Danielle's creative background in hairdressing, cosmetics and most recently interiors, where her role includes marketing, furnishing consultation and styling.
Coastal, rustic and bohemian inspired, Cote Bleu Homes' signature design aesthetic is natural and organic with an appreciation for reclaimed, recycled, bespoke and vintage items obtained from all over the globe but primarily from Europe, Asia and Africa.
Offering a unique and continually changing range of furniture, lighting and homeware, Cote Bleu Home has quickly become a sourcing destination for designers, stagers and home decorators.
After four years of trade in the beautiful coastal village of Whitianga, Cote Bleu Home outgrew the tiny 65sqm cottage it originated from and the small family run business has now relocated to Tauranga in the sunny Bay of Plenty, where it is now housed in a large warehouse-sized space on Second Avenue.
The clean white walls, elevated ceiling and polished concrete floors provide the perfect neutral palette for its distinct, eclectic and often unexpected content.
"Our passion for beautiful interiors is so much more than just our job.. it is our vision that we live and breathe everyday"
